Billing and your plan
What the Billing pane shows, where to change the plan or cancel, and what deleting a workspace does.
A hosted workspace is bought through checkout on the pricing page, and the plan it was bought on is written on the workspace itself. Settings → Billing shows it, to owners.
What the pane shows
- The plan and its price, and the subscription's state as Stripe last reported it: active, past due, cancelled.
- Usage against what the plan promises: CRMs and other systems connected, seats taken, and how many workspaces the plan carries.
Nothing is enforced on the pane. It shows where you stand.
Changing the plan, the card, or cancelling
Manage in Stripe opens Stripe's customer portal for your workspace and brings you back afterwards. Everything about money happens there: upgrade or downgrade, a new card, past invoices, cancellation. The app never sees your card.
A cancelled subscription leaves the workspace in place, marked cancelled, until you delete it.
Deleting a workspace
Settings → Danger zone deletes a workspace for good: its graph, runs, changelog, stored credentials, API token and every member's access. Type the workspace id to confirm. There is no undo, and it does not touch the subscription, so cancel first if you mean to stop paying.
A workspace made in the app rather than bought has no subscription and says so on the Billing pane.
